2. Orders and Agreement

A binding purchase agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock shortages, pricing errors, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.

Lain Hijab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within a reasonable period of time after discovering the issue.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through direct communication between the customer and Lain Hijab.

If a resolution cannot be reached, consumers in Sweden may submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
