At Lain Hijab, we always strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Hygiene Policy

Please remember that we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or have traces of perfume, smoke, or other scents. For hygiene reasons, such items are not eligible for a refund.

If you return an item that does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to reject the refund and return the item to you. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We ask that you notify us within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
